제 1장 총칙

제 1조 (목적)

이 이용약관(이하 '약관'이라 합니다)은 아이링고(이하 '회사'라 합니다)와 이용 고객(이하 '회원'이라 합니다) 간에 회사가 제공하는 아이링고 서비스(http://www.iringoblock.com/,이하 '아이링고' 또는 '서비스'라 합니다)의 가입조건 및 이용에 관한 제반 사항과 기타 필요한 사항을 구체적으로 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제 2조 (용어의 정의)

(1) 이 약관에서 사용하는 용어의 정의는 다음과 같습니다.

'회원'이라 함은 이 약관에 동의하고 서비스를 이용하는 이용자를 말합니다.
‘서비스’라 함은 구현되는 단말기(PC, 휴대형단말기 등 각종 유무선 장치를 포함)와 상관없이 회원’이 이용할 수 있는 아이링고 관련 제반의 서비스를 의미합니다.
'이용계약'이라 함은 이 약관을 포함하여 서비스 이용과 관련하여 회사와 회원 간에 체결하는 모든 계약을 말합니다.
‘게시물’이라 함은 ‘회원’이 ‘서비스’를 이용함에 있어 ‘서비스상’에 게시한 부호ㆍ문자ㆍ음성ㆍ음향ㆍ화상ㆍ동영상 등의 정보 형태의 글, 사진, 동영상 및 각종 파일과 링크 등을 의미합니다.

(2) 이 약관에서 사용하는 용어 중 제1항에서 정하지 아니한 것은 관계 법령 및 서비스별 안내에서 정하는 바에 따르며, 그 외에는 일반 관례에 따릅니다.

제 3조 (이용약관의 효력 및 변경)

(1) 이 약관은 아이링고를 통해 온라인으로 공시하고 회원의 동의와 회사의 승낙으로 효력을 발생하며, 합리적인 사유가 발생할 경우 회사는 전자상거래등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률, 약관의 규제에 관한 법률, 전자거래기본법, 전자서명법, 정보통신망 이용촉진등에 관한 법률, 방문 판매등에 관한 법률, 소비자보호법 등 관련법을 위배되지 않는 범위 안에서 개정할 수 있습니다. 개정된 약관은 정당한 절차에 따라 아이링고를 통해 공지함으로써 효력을 발휘합니다.
(2) 회원은 정기적으로 아이링고를 방문하여 약관의 변경사항을 확인하여야 합니다. 변경된 약관에 대한 정보를 알지 못해 발생하는 회원의 피해는 회사에서 책임지지 않습니다.
(3) 회사가 약관을 개정할 경우에는 적용일자 및 개정사유를 명시하여 현행약관과 함께 아이링고 사이트 초기화면에 그 적용일자 7일 이전부터 적용일자 전일까지 공지합니다. 이 경우, 회사는 개정 전 내용과 개정 후 내용을 명확하게 비교하여 이용자가 알기 쉽게 표시합니다.
(4) 회사가 약관을 개정할 경우에는 그 개정약관은 공지 이후에 기가입한 회원에 대해서도 개정후의 약관조항이 소급되어 적용됩니다. 단, 이미 가입한 회원이 개정약관 조항의 적용을 받기를 원하는 뜻을 제3항에 의한 개정약관의 공지기간 내에 회사에 송신하여 회사의 동의를 받은 경우에는 개정약관 조항이 적용됩니다.
(5) 이 약관에서 정하지 아니한 사항과 이 약관의 해석에 관하여는 전자상거래등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률, 약관의 규제등에 관한 법률, 공정거래위원회가 정하는 전자상거래등에서의 소비자 보호지침 및 관계법령 또는 상관례를 따릅니다.
(6) 회원은 변경된 약관에 동의하지 않을 경우 회원 탈퇴(해지)를 요청할 수 있습니다.

제 4조 (약관외 준칙)

회사는 필요한 경우 서비스 내의 개별항목에 대하여 개별약관 또는 운영원칙(이하 '서비스별 안내'라 합니다)을 정할 수 있으며, 이 약관과 서비스별 안내의 내용이 상충되는 경우에는 서비스별 안내의 내용을 우선하여 적용합니다.

제 2장 이용계약의 체결

제 5조 (이용계약의 성립)

(1) 이용계약은 이용자의 이용계약 내용에 대한 동의와 이용신청에 대하여 회사의 이용승낙으로 성립합니다.
(2) 이용계약에 대한 동의와 정보제공의 동의는 이용신청 당시 신청서 상의 '동의함' 버튼을 누름으로써 의사표시를 합니다.
(3) 제휴사의 서비스를 통하여 회사에 대해 고객 정보 제공에 동의를 한 이용자는 회사의 이용약관 및 회사의 개인정보처리및취급방침에 동의한 것으로 간주하며, 제 7 조 및 개인정보처리및취급방침 에 의해 보호, 사용되어 집니다.
(4) 회사는 가입신청자의 신청에 대하여 서비스 이용의 승낙을 원칙으로 하나, 다음 각 호에 해당하는 신청에 대하여는 승낙을 하지 않거나 사후 이용계약을 해지할 수 있습니다.

가입신청자가 이 약관에 의하여 이전에 회원자격을 상실한 적이 있는 경우, 단 "회사"의 회원 재가입 승낙을 얻은 경우에는 예외로 함
허위의 정보를 기재하거나, "회사"가 제시하는 내용을 기재하지 않은 경우
이용자의 귀책사유로 인하여 승인이 불가능하거나 기타 규정한 제반 사항을 위반하며 신청하는 경우

(5) 회사는 서비스 이용의 상황에 따라 전문기관을 통한 실명확인 및 본인인증을 요청할 수 있습니다.
(6) 회사는 회원에 대하여 "영화 및 비디오물의 진흥에 관한 법률" 및 "청소년보호법"등에 따른 등급 및 연령 준수를 위해 이용제한이나 등급별 제한을 할 수 있습니다.

제 6조 (서비스 이용 신청)

(1) 회원으로 가입하여 서비스를 이용하고자 하는 이용자는 회사에서 요청하는 제반 정보(이름, 연락처, 이메일 등)를 제공하여야 합니다.
(2) 모든 회원은 반드시 회원 본인의 정보를 제공하여야만 서비스를 이용할 수 있으며, 타인의 정보를 도용하거나 허위의 정보를 등록하는 등 본인의 진정한 정보를 등록하지 않은 회원은 서비스 이용과 관련하여 아무런 권리를 주장할 수 없으며, 관계 법령에 따라 처벌 받을 수 있습니다.
(3) 회원가입은 반드시 본인의 진정한 정보를 통하여만 가입할 수 있으며 회사는 회원이 등록한 정보에 대하여 확인조치를 할 수 있습니다. 회원은 회사의 확인조치에 대하여 적극 협력 하여야 하며, 만일 이를 준수하지 아니할 경우 회사는 회원이 등록한 정보가 부정한 것으로 처리할 수 있습니다.
(4) 회사는 회원에 대하여 등급별로 구분하여 이용시간, 이용회수, 서비스 메뉴 등을 세분하여 이용에 차등을 둘 수 있습니다.

제 7조 (개인정보의 보호 및 사용)

(1) 회사는 관계 법령이 정하는 바에 따라 회원의 개인정보를 보호하기 위해 노력합니다. 개인정보의 보호 및 사용에 대해서는 관련 법령 및 회사의 개인정보처리및취급방침이 적용됩니다. 단, 회사의 공식 사이트 이외의 링크된 사이트에서는 회사의 개인정보처리및취급방침이 적용되지 않습니다. 또한, 회원은 비밀번호 등이 타인에게 노출되지 않도록 철저히 관리해야 하며 회사는 회원의 귀책사유로 인해 노출된 정보에 대해서 책임을 지지 않습니다.
(2) 회사는 회원의 정보수집 시 맞춤식 서비스를 비롯한 보다 더 향상된 양질의 서비스를 제공하기 위해 필요한 최소한의 정보를 수집합니다. 다음 사항을 필수사항으로 하며 그 외 사항은 선택사항으로 합니다.

(3) 제공된 개인정보는 당해 회원의 동의없이 목적 외의 이용이나 제3자에게 제공할 수 없으며, 이에 대한 모든 책임은 회사에서 집니다. 단, 다음의 경우는 예외로 합니다.

서비스 제공에 따른 요금정산을 위하여 필요한 경우
명의 및 신용카드 도용방지를 위하여 본인확인에 필요한 경우
서비스를 이용하여 타인에게 정신적, 물질적 피해를 줌으로써 그에 대한 법적인 조치를 취하기 위하여 개인정보를 공개해야 한다고 판단되는 충분한 근거가 있는 경우
기타 법에 의해 요구된다고 선의로 판단되는 경우 (ex. 관련법에 의거 적법한 절차에 의한 정부/수사기관의 요청이 있는 경우 등)
기타 회사가 시행하는 이벤트 응모 또는 부가서비스 제공을 위해 제휴한 업체와의 업무수행에 필요한 최소한의 범위 이용

(4) 회원은 언제든지 회사가 가지고 있는 자신의 개인정보에 대해 열람 및 오류정정을 요구할 수 있으며 회사는 이에 대해 지체 없이 필요한 조치를 취할 의무를 집니다. 회원이 오류의 정정을 요구한 경우에는 회사는 그 오류를 정정할 때까지 당해 개인정보를 이용하지 않습니다.
(5) 회사는 개인정보 보호를 위하여 관리자를 한정하여 그 수를 최소화하며 회원의 개인정보의 분실, 도난, 유출, 변조 등으로 인한 회원의 손해에 대하여 모든 책임을 집니다.
(6) 회사는 개인정보의 수집목적 또는 제공받은 목적을 달성한 때에는 당해 개인정보를 지체 없이 파기합니다.

제 8조 (이용 신청의 승낙과 제한)

(1) 회사는 제5조, 제6조의 규정에 의한 이용신청에 대하여 업무 수행상 또는 기술상 지장이 없는 경우에 원칙적으로 접수순서에 따라 서비스 이용을 승낙합니다.
(2) 회사는 아래사항에 해당하는 경우에 대해서 승낙을 보류할 수 있습니다.

본인의 진정한 정보를 제공하지 아니한 이용신청의 경우
법령 위반 또는 사회의 안녕과 질서, 미풍양속을 저해할 목적으로 신청한 경우
부정한 용도로 본 서비스를 이용하고자 하는 경우
영리를 추구할 목적으로 본 서비스를 이용하고자 하는 경우
법령 또는 약관을 위반하여 이용계약이 해지된 적이 있는 이용자가 신청하는 경우
기타 규정한 제반 사항을 위반하며 신청하는 경우

(3) 회사는 서비스 이용신청이 다음 각 호에 해당하는 경우에는 그 신청에 대하여 승낙 제한사유가 해소될 때까지 승낙을 유보할 수 있습니다.

회사가 설비의 여유가 없는 경우
회사의 기술상 지장이 있는 경우
기타 회사의 귀책사유로 이용승낙이 곤란한 경우

(4) 회사는 이용신청고객이 관계 법령에서 규정하는 미성년자일 경우에 서비스별 안내에서 정하는 바에 따라 승낙을 보류할 수 있습니다.
(5) 회사는 회원 가입 절차 완료 이후 제2항 각 호에 따른 사유가 발견된 경우 이용 승낙을 철회할 수 있습니다.

제 3장 계약 당사자의 의무

제 10조 (회사의 의무)

(1) 회사는 회원이 희망한 서비스 제공 개시일에 특별한 사정이 없는 한 서비스를 이용할 수 있도록 하여야 합니다.
(2) 회사는 계속적이고 안정적인 서비스의 제공을 위하여 설비에 장애가 생기거나 멸실된 때에는 부득이한 사유가 없는 한 지체 없이 이를 수리 또는 복구합니다.
(3) 회사는 개인정보 보호를 위해 보안시스템을 구축하며 개인정보처리및취급방침을 공시하고 준수합니다.
(4) 회사는 회원으로부터 제기되는 의견이나 불만이 정당하다고 객관적으로 인정될 경우에는 적절한 절차를 거쳐 즉시 처리하여야 합니다. 다만, 즉시 처리가 곤란한 경우는 회원에게 그 사유와 처리일정을 통보하여야 합니다.

제 11조 (회원의 의무)

(1) 회원은 회원가입 신청 또는 회원정보 변경 시 모든 사항을 사실에 근거하여 본인의 진정한 정보로 작성하여야 하며, 허위 또는 타인의 정보를 등록할 경우 이와 관련된 모든 권리를 주장할 수 없습니다.
(2) 회원은 약관에서 규정하는 사항과 기타 회사가 정한 제반 규정, 공지사항 등 회사가 공지하는 사항 및 관계 법령을 준수하여야 하며, 기타 회사의 업무에 방해가 되는 행위, 회사의 명예를 손상시키는 행위, 타인에게 피해를 주는 행위를 해서는 안됩니다.
(3) 회원은 주소, 연락처, 전자우편 주소 등 이용계약사항이 변경된 경우에 해당 절차를 거쳐 이를 회사에 즉시 알려야 합니다.
(4) 회원은 회사의 사전 승낙 없이 서비스를 이용하여 영업활동을 할 수 없으며, 그 영업활동의 결과에 대해 회사는 책임을 지지 않습니다. 또한 회원은 이와 같은 영업활동으로 회사가 손해를 입은 경우, 회원은 회사에 대해 손해배상의무를 지며, 회사는 해당 회원에 대해 서비스 이용제한 및 적법한 절차를 거쳐 손해배상 등을 청구할 수 있습니다.
(5) 회원은 회사의 명시적 동의가 없는 한 서비스의 이용권한, 기타 이용계약상의 지위를 타인에게 양도, 증여할 수 없으며 이를 담보로 제공할 수 없습니다.
(6) 회원은 서비스상의 데이터 및 분석자료가 투자를 위한 정보제공을 목적으로 하는 것이라는 점 및 투자의 책임은 전적으로 정보를 이용하는 회원에게 있다는 점을 확인합니다.
(7) 회원은 회사 및 제 3자의 지적 재산권을 포함한 제반 권리를 침해하거나 제17조 각 호에 해당하는 행위를 해서는 안됩니다.

제 4장 서비스의 이용

제 12조 (서비스의 이용 시간)

(1) 서비스 이용은 회사의 업무상 또는 기술상 특별한 지장이 없는 한 연중무휴, 1일 24시간 운영을 원칙으로 합니다. 단, 회사는 시스템 정기점검, 증설 및 교체를 위해 회사가 정한 날이나 시간에 서비스를 일시 중단할 수 있으며, 예정되어 있는 작업으로 인한 서비스 일시 중단은 아이링고를 통해 사전에 공지합니다.
(2) 회사는 긴급한 시스템 점검, 증설 및 교체, 설비의 장애, 서비스 이용의 폭주, 국가비상사태, 정전 등 부득이한 사유가 발생한 경우 사전 예고 없이 일시적으로 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 중단할 수 있습니다.
(3) 회사는 서비스 개편 등 서비스 운영 상 필요한 경우 회원에게 사전 예고 후 서비스의 전부 또는 일부의 제공을 중단할 수 있습니다.
(4) 회사는 무료로 제공되는 서비스의 일부 또는 전부를 회사의 정책 및 운영의 필요상 수정, 중단, 변경할 수 있으며, 이에 대하여 관련법에 특별한 규정이 없는 한 ‘회원’에게 별도의 보상을 하지 않습니다.

제 13조 (회원의 게시물 등)

(1) 회원이 서비스에 등록하는 게시물 등으로 인하여 본인 또는 타인에게 손해나 기타 문제가 발생하는 경우 회원은 이에 대한 책임을 지게 되며, 회사는 특별한 사정이 없는 한 이에 대하여 책임을 지지 않습니다.
(2) 회사는 다음 각 호에 해당하는 게시물 등을 회원의 사전 동의 없이 임시게시 중단, 수정, 삭제, 이동 또는 등록 거부 등의 관련 조치를 취할 수 있습니다.

다른 회원 또는 제 3자에게 심한 모욕을 주거나 명예를 손상시키는 내용인 경우
공공질서 및 미풍양속에 위반되는 내용을 유포하거나 링크시키는 경우
불법복제 또는 해킹을 조장하는 내용인 경우
영리를 목적으로 하는 광고일 경우
범죄와 결부된다고 객관적으로 인정되는 내용일 경우
다른 이용자 또는 제 3자의 저작권 등 기타 권리를 침해하는 내용인 경우
사적인 정치적 판단이나 종교적 견해의 내용으로 회사가 서비스 성격에 부합하지 않는다고 판단하는 경우
회사에서 규정한 게시물 원칙에 어긋나거나, 게시판 성격에 부합하지 않는 경우
기타 관계법령에 위배된다고 판단되는 경우

(3) 회사는 게시물 등에 대하여 제3자로부터 명예훼손, 지적재산권 등의 권리 침해를 이유로 게시중단 요청을 받은 경우 이를 임시로 게시중단(전송중단)할 수 있으며, 게시중단 요청자와 게시물 등록자 간에 소송, 합의 기타 이에 준하는 관련기관의 결정 등이 이루어져 회사에 접수된 경우 이에 따릅니다.

제 14조 (게시물에 대한 저작권)

(1) 회사가 작성한 게시물 또는 저작물에 대한 저작권 기타 지적재산권은 회사에 귀속합니다.
(2) 회원이 서비스 내에 게시한 게시물의 저작권은 게시한 회원에게 귀속됩니다. 단, 회사는 회원이 게재한 게시물, 자료 등에 대하여 서비스(회사와 업무 제휴관계에 있는 제3자의 인터넷 사이트를 포함) 내에 게재할 수 있는 권리를 가집니다.
(3) 회원이 이용계약 해지를 한 경우 본인 계정에 기록된 게시물(ex. 미니홈 등) 일체는 삭제됩니다. 단, 타인에 의해 보관, 담기 등으로 재게 시 되거나 복제된 게시물과 타인의 게시물과 결합되어 제공되는 게시물, 공용 게시판에 등록된 게시물 등은 그러하지 않습니다.

제 15조 (광고게재 및 광고주와의 거래)

(1) 회사가 회원에게 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 서비스 투자기반의 일부는 광고게재를 통한 수익으로부터 나옵니다. 회원은 서비스 이용 시 노출되는 광고게재에 대해 동의합니다.
(2) 회사는 서비스상에 게재되어 있거나 서비스를 통한 광고주의 판촉활동에 회원이 참여하거나 교신 또는 거래를 함으로써 발생하는 손실과 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.

제 5장 계약의 해지 및 이용제한

제 16조 (서비스 이용제한)

회사는 회원이 서비스 이용내용에 있어서 본 약관 제 11 조 내용을 위반하거나, 다음 각 호에 해당하는 경우 서비스 이용 제한, 초기화, 이용계약 해지 및 기타 해당 조치를 할 수 있습니다.

회원정보에 부정한 내용을 등록하거나 타인의 아이디, 비밀번호, 기타 개인정보를 도용하는 행위 또는 아이디를 타인과 거래하거나 제공하는 행위
공공질서 및 미풍양속에 위반되는 저속, 음란한 내용 또는 타인의 명예나 프라이버시를 침해할 수 있는 내용의 정보, 문장, 도형, 음향, 동영상을 전송, 게시, 전자우편 또는 기타의 방법으로 타인에게 유포하는 행위
다른 이용자를 희롱 또는 위협하거나, 특정 이용자에게 지속적으로 고통 또는 불편을 주는 행위
회사로부터 특별한 권리를 부여 받지 않고 회사의 클라이언트 프로그램을 변경하거나, 회사의 서버를 해킹하거나, 웹사이트 또는 게시된 정보의 일부분 또는 전체를 임의로 변경하는 행위
서비스를 통해 얻은 정보를 회사의 사전 승낙 없이 서비스 이용 외의 목적으로 복제하거나, 이를 출판 및 방송 등에 사용하거나, 제 3자에게 제공하는 행위
회사의 운영진, 직원 또는 관계자를 사칭하거나 고의로 서비스를 방해하는 등 정상적인 서비스 운영에 방해가 될 경우
정보통신 윤리위원회 등 관련 공공기관의 시정 요구가 있는 경우
약관을 포함하여 회사가 정한 제반 규정을 위반하거나 범죄와 결부된다고 객관적으로 판단되는 등 제반 법령을 위반하는 행위

제 6장 손해배상 및 기타사항

제 17조 (손해배상)

(1) 회사와 이용자는 서비스 이용과 관련하여 고의 또는 과실로 상대방에게 손해를 끼친 경우에는 이를 배상하여야 한다.
(2) 단, 회사는 무료로 제공하는 서비스의 이용과 관련하여 개인정보처리및취급방침에서 정하는 내용에 위반하지 않는 한 어떠한 손해도 책임을 지지 않습니다.

제 18조 (면책조항)

(1) 회사는 천재지변, 전쟁, 기간통신사업자의 서비스 중지 및 기타 이에 준하는 불가항력으로 인하여 서비스를 제공할 수 없는 경우에는 서비스 제공에 대한 책임이 면제됩니다.
(2) 회사는 서비스용 설비의 보수, 교체, 정기점검, 공사 등 부득이한 사유로 발생한 손해에 대한 책임이 면제됩니다.
(3) 회사는 회원의 컴퓨터 오류에 의해 손해가 발생한 경우, 또는 회원이 신상정보 및 전자우편 주소를 부실하게 기재하여 손해가 발생한 경우 책임을 지지 않습니다.
(4) 회사는 회원이 서비스를 이용하여 기대하는 수익을 얻지 못하거나 상실한 것에 대하여 책임을 지지 않으며, 서비스를 이용하면서 얻은 자료로 인한 손해에 대하여 책임을 지지 않습니다.
(5) 회사는 회원이 서비스에 게재한 각종 정보, 자료, 사실의 신뢰도, 정확성 등 내용에 대하여 책임을 지지 않으며, 회원 상호간 및 회원과 제 3자 상호 간에 서비스를 매개로 발생한 분쟁에 대해 개입할 의무가 없고, 이로 인한 손해를 배상할 책임도 없습니다.
(6) 회사는 회원의 게시물을 등록 전에 사전심사 하거나 상시적으로 게시물의 내용을 확인 또는 검토하여야 할 의무가 없으며, 그 결과에 대한 책임을 지지 아니합니다.
(7) 회사는 회사의 사이트에 연결되거나 제휴한 업체(타 온라인사이트)에 포함되어 있는 내용의 유효성, 적합성, 법적 합리성, 저작권 준수 여부 등에 책임을 지지 않으며, 이로 인한 어떠한 손해에 대하여도 책임을 지지 않습니다.

제 19조 (통지)

(1) 회사가 회원에 대하여 통지를 하는 경우 회원이 회사에 등록한 전자우편 주소 또는 휴대폰을 포함한 개인 연락처로 할 수 있습니다.
(2) 회사는 불특정다수 회원에게 통지를 해야 할 경우 사이트 내 공지를 통해 7일 이상 게시함으로써 개별 통지에 갈음할 수 있습니다.

제 20조 (재판권 및 준거법)

(1) 이 약관에 명시되지 않은 사항은 전기통신사업법 등 대한민국의 관계법령과 상관습에 따릅니다.
(2) 회사의 정액 서비스 회원 및 기타 유료 서비스 이용 회원의 경우 당해 서비스와 관련하여서는 회사가 별도로 정한 약관 및 정책에 따릅니다.
(3) 서비스 이용으로 발생한 분쟁에 대해 소송이 제기되는 경우 소송은 민사소송법상의 관할법원에 제기합니다.

(부칙) 본 약관은 2016년 06월 01일부터 적용됩니다.

개인정보처리및취급방침

'개인정보'라 함은 생존하는 개인에 관한 정보로서 당해 정보에 포함되어 있는 성명 등의 사항에 의하여 당해 개인을 식별할 수 있는 정보(당해 정보만으로는 특정 개인을 식별할 수 없더라도 다른 정보와 용이하게 결합하여 식별할 수 있는 것을 포함)를 말합니다. '아이링고'는 고객님의 개인정보를 중요시하며, 이용자가 아이링고의 서비스를 이용함과 동시에 온라인상에서 아이링고에 제공한 개인정보가 보호 받을 수 있도록 최선을 다하고 있습니다. 이에 아이링고는 통신비밀보호법, 전기통신사업법, 정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률 등 정보통신서비스 제공자가 준수하여야 할 관련 법규상의 개인정보보호 규정 및 정보통신부가 제정한 개인정보보호지침을 준수하고 있습니다.

아이링고는 개인정보처리 및 취급방침을 통하여 사용자가 제공하시는 개인정보가 어떠한 용도와 방식으로 이용되고 있으며, 개인정보보호를 위해 어떠한 조치가 취해지고 있는지 알려드립니다. 아이링고는 개인정보처리 및 취급방침은 정부의 법률 및 지침 변경이나 양질의 서비스 제공 등을 위해 변경될 수 있고, 이에 따른 개인정보처리및취급방침의 지속적인 개선을 위하여 필요한 절차를 정하고 있습니다. 그리고 개인정보처리 및 취급방침을 개정하는 경우 아이링고는 변경 시행 7일전부터 홈페이지 내 공지사항을 통하여 공지하도록 하고 있습니다.

본 방침은 2016년 06월01일부터 시행됩니다.

(1) 개인정보의 처리 목적

아이링고는 개인정보를 다음의 목적을 위해 처리합니다. 처리한 개인정보는 다음의 목적 이외의 용도로는 사용되지 않으며 이용 목적이 변경될 시에는 사전동의를 구할 예정입니다.

가. 재화 또는 서비스 제공
서비스 제공, 콘텐츠 제공, 맞춤 서비스 제공, 본인인증, 연령인증 등을 목적으로 개인정보를 처리합니다.
나. 마케팅 및 광고에의 활용
신규 서비스(제품) 개발 및 맞춤 서비스 제공, 이벤트 및 광고성 정보 제공 및 참여기회 제공, 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 서비스 제공 및 광고 게재, 서비스의 유효성 확인, 접속빈도 파악 또는 회원의 서비스 이용에 대한 통계 등을 목적으로 개인정보를 처리합니다.

(4) 정보주체의 권리, 의무 및 그 행사방법

이용자는 언제든지 등록되어 있는 자신의 개인정보를 수정/삭제 요청을 할 수 있으며, 개인정보주체로서 다음과 같은 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.

② 제1항에 따른 권리 행사는 아이링고에 대해 개인정보 보호법 시행규칙 별지 제8호 서식에 따라 서면, 전자우편, 모사전송(FAX) 등을 통하여 하실 수 있으며 아이링고는 이에 대해 지체 없이 조치하겠습니다.
③ 정보주체가 개인정보의 오류 등에 대한 정정 또는 삭제를 요구한 경우에는 아이링고는 정정 또는 삭제를 완료할 때까지 해당 개인정보를 이용하거나 제공하지 않습니다.
④ 제1항에 따른 권리 행사는 정보주체의 법정대리인이나 위임을 받은 자 등 대리인을 통하여 하실 수 있습니다. 이 경우 개인정보 보호법 시행규칙 별지 제11호 서식에 따른 위임장을 제출하셔야 합니다.

(5) 처리하는 개인정보의 항목 작성

① 아이링고는 다음의 개인정보 항목을 처리하고 있습니다.

(6) 개인정보의 파기 절차, 기한 및 방법

아이링고는 원칙적으로 개인정보 처리목적이 달성된 경우에는 지체없이 해당 개인정보를 파기합니다. 파기의 절차, 기한 및 방법은 다음과 같습니다.

파기절차 : 이용자가 입력한 정보는 목적 달성 후 별도의 DB에 옮겨져(종이의 경우 별도의 서류) 내부 방침 및 기타 관련 법령에 따라 일정기간 저장된 후 혹은 즉시 파기됩니다. 이 때, DB로 옮겨진 개인정보는 법률에 의한 경우가 아니고서는 다른 목적으로 이용되지 않습니다.
파기기한 : 이용자의 개인정보는 개인정보의 보유기간이 경과된 경우에는 보유기간의 종료일로부터 5일 이내에, 개인정보의 처리 목적 달성, 해당 서비스의 폐지, 사업의 종료 등 그 개인정보가 불필요하게 되었을 때에는 개인정보의 처리가 불필요한 것으로 인정되는 날로부터 5일 이내에 그 개인정보를 파기합니다.
파기방법 : 전자적 파일 형태의 정보는 기록을 재생할 수 없는 기술적 방법을 사용합니다.

(7) 개인정보의 안전성 확보 조치

아이링고는 개인정보보호법 제29조에 따라 다음과 같이 안전성 확보에 필요한 기술적/관리적 및 물리적 조치를 하고 있습니다.

개인정보 취급 직원의 최소화 및 교육 개인정보를 취급하는 직원을 지정하고 담당자에 한정시켜 최소화 하여 개인정보를 관리하는 대책을 시행하고 있습니다.
정기적인 자체 감사 실시 개인정보 취급 관련 안정성 확보를 위해 정기적(분기 1회)으로 자체 감사를 실시하고 있습니다.
내부관리계획의 수립 및 시행 개인정보의 안전한 처리를 위하여 내부관리계획을 수립하고 시행하고 있습니다.
해킹 등에 대비한 기술적 대책 아이링고는 해킹이나 컴퓨터 바이러스 등에 의한 개인정보 유출 및 훼손을 막기 위하여 보안프로그램을 설치하고 주기적인 갱신/점검을 하며 외부로부터 접근이 통제된 구역에 시스템을 설치하고 기술적/물리적으로 감시 및 차단하고 있습니다.
개인정보에 대한 접근 제한 개인정보를 처리하는 데이터베이스시스템에 대한 접근권한의 부여, 변경, 말소를 통하여 개인정보에 대한 접근통제를 위하여 필요한 조치를 하고 있으며 침입 차단시스템을 이용하여 외부로부터의 무단 접근을 통제하고 있습니다.
접속기록의 보관 및 위변조 방지 개인정보처리시스템에 접속한 기록을 최소 6개월 이상 보관, 관리하고 있으며, 접속 기록이 위변조 및 도난, 분실되지 않도록 보안기능 사용하고 있습니다.

(8) 개인정보 보호책임자 작성

① 아이링고는 개인정보 처리에 관한 업무를 총괄해서 책임지고, 개인정보 처리와 관련한 정보주체의 불만처리 및 피해구제 등을 위하여 아래와 같이 개인정보 보호책임자를 지정하고 있습니다.

이 개인정보처리및취급방침은 시행일로부터 적용되며, 법령 및 방침에 따른 변경내용의 추가, 삭제 및 정정이 있는 경우에는 변경사항의 시행 7일 전부터 공지사항을 통하여 고지할 것입니다.

Terms of Use

Effective Date: June 1, 2016

Chapter 1 General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) are intended to specifically stipulate the subscription conditions and all matters related to the use of the Iringo service (http://www.iringoblock.com/, hereinafter referred to as “Iringo” or “Service”) provided by Iringo (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and its users (hereinafter referred to as “Members”), as well as other necessary matters.

Article 2 (Definitions of Terms)

(1) The definitions of terms used in these Terms of Use are as follows:

“Member” refers to a user who agrees to these Terms of Use and uses the Service.
“Service” refers to It refers to all services related to iRingo that members can use regardless of the terminal being implemented (including various wired and wireless devices such as PCs and portable terminals).
'User Agreement' refers to all contracts concluded between the company and members regarding the use of the service, including these terms and conditions.
'Post' refers to text, photos, videos, and various files and links in the form of information such as codes, letters, voices, sounds, images, and videos posted on the 'Service' by 'Members' while using the 'Service'.

(2) Among the terms used in these terms and conditions, those not defined in Paragraph 1 shall be governed by the relevant laws and service-specific guidelines, and other terms shall be governed by general practices.

Article 3 (Effectiveness and Change of Terms and Conditions of Use)

(1) These terms and conditions shall be published online through iRingo and shall take effect upon the consent of the member and the approval of the company, and shall be effective upon reasonable In the event of a reason, the company may revise the terms and conditions within the scope that does not violate related laws such as the Electronic Commerce Consumer Protection Act, the Terms and Conditions Regulation Act, the Electronic Commerce Basic Act, the Electronic Signature Act, the Information and Communications Network Utilization Promotion Act, the Door-to-Door Sales Act, and the Consumer Protection Act. The revised terms and conditions will take effect upon notice through Iringo in accordance with due process.
(2) Members must regularly visit Iringo to check for changes to the terms and conditions. The company is not responsible for any damages suffered by members due to lack of information on changed terms and conditions.
(3) When the company revises the terms and conditions, it will post the effective date and the reason for the revision on the Iringo website home screen along with the current terms and conditions from 7 days prior to the effective date to the day before the effective date. In this case, the company clearly compares the contents before and after the revision and displays them in a way that users can easily understand.
(4) If the company revises the terms and conditions, the revised terms and conditions will be applied retroactively to members who have registered after the notice. However, if a member who has already registered wishes to be subject to the revised terms and conditions and sends a notice to the company within the notice period for the revised terms and conditions under Paragraph 3 and receives the company's consent, the revised terms and conditions will be applied.
(5) Matters not specified in these terms and conditions and the interpretation of these terms and conditions shall follow the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc., the Act on Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Consumer Protection Guidelines in Electronic Commerce, etc. established by the Fair Trade Commission, and related laws and regulations or customary practices.
(6) If a member does not agree to the changed terms and conditions, he or she may request withdrawal (cancellation) of membership.

Article 4 (Rules other than Terms and Conditions)

If necessary, the Company may establish individual terms and conditions or operating principles (hereinafter referred to as “Service-specific Guidelines”) for individual items within the Service, and if the contents of these Terms and Conditions and the Service-specific Guidelines conflict, the contents of the Service-specific Guidelines shall take precedence.

Chapter 2 Conclusion of the Service Agreement

Article 5 (Establishment of the Service Agreement)

(1) The Service Agreement is established by the user’s consent to the contents of the Service Agreement and the Company’s acceptance of the application for use.
(2) Consent to the Service Agreement and consent to the provision of information is expressed by clicking the “Agree” button on the application form at the time of application for use.
(3) Users who agree to the provision of customer information to the Company through the affiliate’s service are deemed to have agreed to the Company’s Terms and Conditions and the Company’s Personal Information Processing and Handling Policy. It is considered and protected and used in accordance with Article 7 and the Personal Information Processing and Handling Policy.
(4) The company approves the application for membership use in principle, but may not approve or may terminate the service contract later for applications that fall under any of the following items.

If the applicant has previously lost membership qualifications under these Terms and Conditions, except in cases where the "Company" has approved the re-registration of membership
If false information is entered or the information presented by the "Company" is not entered
If approval is not possible due to the user's fault or if the application is submitted in violation of other stipulated matters

(5) Depending on the situation of service use, the Company may request real-name verification and identity verification through a specialized agency.
(6) The Company may restrict use or impose age-based restrictions on members in order to comply with the ratings and age ratings in accordance with the "Act on the Promotion of Films and Video Products" and the "Youth Protection Act".

Article 6 (Application for Service Use)

(1) Users who wish to use the service by registering as members must provide all information requested by the company (name, contact information, email, etc.).
(2) All members must provide their own information to use the service, and members who do not register their true information, such as by stealing other people's information or registering false information, cannot claim any rights related to the use of the service and may be punished in accordance with relevant laws.
(3) Membership registration must be done only with their own true information, and the company may verify the information registered by members. Members must actively cooperate with the company's verification measures, and if they do not comply, the company may treat the information registered by members as false.
(4) The company may differentiate the use of members by classifying them into different levels and detailing usage time, number of uses, service menus, etc.

Article 7 (Protection and Use of Personal Information)

(1) The Company strives to protect the personal information of members in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations. The relevant laws and the Company's Personal Information Processing and Handling Policy apply to the protection and use of personal information. However, the Company's Personal Information Processing and Handling Policy does not apply to linked sites other than the Company's official site. In addition, members must thoroughly manage their passwords and other information so that they are not exposed to others, and the Company is not responsible for information exposed due to the member's fault.
(2) When collecting member information, the Company collects the minimum amount of information necessary to provide improved quality services, including customized services. The following items are mandatory, and other items are optional.

(3) The personal information provided cannot be used for purposes other than those agreed to by the member or provided to a third party, and the company assumes all responsibility for this. However, the following cases are exceptions.

When necessary for billing for service provision
When necessary for identity verification to prevent identity theft and credit card theft
When there is sufficient grounds to believe that personal information must be disclosed in order to take legal action against others who have caused mental or material damage to others through the use of the service
When it is judged in good faith that it is required by other laws (ex. When there is a request from the government/investigative agency through due process under relevant laws, etc.)
Use to the minimum extent necessary for conducting business with affiliated companies for event participation or provision of additional services implemented by the company

(4) Members may request to view and correct errors in their personal information held by the company at any time, and the company is obligated to take necessary measures without delay. If a member requests correction of an error, the company will not use the relevant personal information until the error is corrected.
(5) In order to protect personal information, the company will limit the number of administrators and take full responsibility for any damage to the member caused by loss, theft, leakage, or alteration of the member's personal information.
(6) When the purpose of collecting or providing personal information has been achieved, the company will destroy the relevant personal information without delay.

Article 8 (Approval and Restrictions on Application for Use)

(1) In principle, the Company approves the use of the service in the order of application in accordance with the provisions of Articles 5 and 6, provided that there are no operational or technical impediments.
(2) The Company may withhold approval in the following cases.

In the case of an application for use without providing true personal information
In the case of an application for violation of laws or for the purpose of disturbing the peace and order of society or public morals
In the case of an application for illegal purposes
In the case of an application for profit
In the case of an application by a user whose service agreement has been terminated due to violation of laws or terms and conditions
In the case of an application in violation of other stipulated matters

(3) In the case of an application for use of the service that falls under any of the following items, the company may withhold approval until the reasons for the restriction of approval are resolved.

If the company does not have enough facilities
If there is a technical problem with the company
If it is difficult to approve use due to other reasons attributable to the company

(4) If the customer applying for use is a minor as defined by relevant laws and regulations, the company may withhold approval according to the provisions of the service-specific guide.
(5) If the company discovers any of the reasons in each subparagraph of Paragraph 2 after completing the membership registration procedure, the company may withdraw approval for use.

Chapter 3 Obligations of Contracting Parties

Article 10 (Company Obligations)

(1) Unless there are special circumstances, the company must make the service available on the service provision start date requested by the member.
(2) In order to provide continuous and stable services, the company must repair or restore the equipment without delay when it is damaged or lost, unless there are unavoidable reasons.
(3) The company establishes a security system to protect personal information and publicizes and complies with the personal information processing and handling policy.
(4) If the company objectively recognizes that the opinions or complaints raised by members are justified, the company must immediately process them through appropriate procedures. However, if immediate processing is difficult, the company must notify the member of the reason and processing schedule.

Article 11 (Member Obligations)

(1) When applying for membership or changing membership information, members must fill out all information based on facts and with their own true information. If they register false or other people's information, they cannot claim any rights related to it.
(2) Members must comply with the provisions of the Terms and Conditions, other regulations, notices, etc. established by the Company, and related laws and regulations, and must not engage in any acts that interfere with the Company's business, damage the Company's reputation, or harm others.
(3) If there is a change in the contract terms such as address, contact information, or e-mail address, members must immediately notify the Company by following the relevant procedures.
(4) Members may not use the Service for business activities without the Company's prior approval, and the Company is not responsible for the results of such business activities. In addition, if the company suffers damages due to such business activities, the member shall be liable for damages to the company, and the company may restrict the member's use of the service and claim damages, etc. through legal procedures.
(5) Members may not transfer or donate the right to use the service or other contractual status to others without the express consent of the company, and may not provide this as collateral.
(6) Members confirm that the data and analysis materials on the service are intended to provide information for investment, and that the responsibility for investment lies entirely with the member using the information.
(7) Members shall not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of the company and third parties, or commit any acts falling under any of the provisions of Article 17.

Chapter 4 Use of Services

Article 12 (Service Use Time)

(1) In principle, the service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, unless there are special business or technical issues. However, the company may temporarily suspend the service on a date or time determined by the company for regular system maintenance, expansion, and replacement, and any temporary suspension of service due to scheduled work will be announced in advance through iRingo.
(2) The company may temporarily suspend all or part of the service without prior notice in the event of unavoidable circumstances such as urgent system maintenance, expansion, and replacement, equipment failure, surge in service use, national emergency, or power outage.
(3) The company may suspend provision of all or part of the service after prior notice to members if necessary for service operation such as service reorganization.
(4) The company may modify, suspend, or change part or all of the services provided free of charge as necessary for the company's policies and operations, and will not provide separate compensation to 'members' for this unless there are special provisions in relevant laws.

Article 13 (Member's Posts, etc.)

(1) If damage or other problems occur to the member or others due to posts, etc. registered by the member on the service, the member shall be responsible for such damages and the company shall not be responsible for such damages unless there are special circumstances.
(2) The company may take related measures such as temporary suspension, modification, deletion, transfer, or refusal of registration of posts, etc. that fall under any of the following items without the member's prior consent.

If the content is severely insulting or damaging to the reputation of other members or third parties
If the content is distributed or linked to in violation of public order and morals
If the content promotes illegal copying or hacking
If the content is an advertisement for profit
If the content is objectively recognized as being related to a crime
If the content infringes on the copyright or other rights of other users or third parties
If the content is a personal political judgment or religious opinion that the company determines does not fit the nature of the service
If the content goes against the posting principles set by the company or does not fit the nature of the bulletin board
If the content is determined to be in violation of other related laws

(3) If the company receives a request from a third party to suspend posting due to defamation, infringement of intellectual property rights, etc. regarding a posting, the company may temporarily Posting can be suspended (transmission suspended), and if a lawsuit, agreement, or other decision of a related organization is reached between the person requesting suspension and the person posting the post and is received by the company, it will be followed.

Article 14 (Copyright for Postings)

(1) Copyright and other intellectual property rights for posts or works created by the company belong to the company.
(2) Copyright for posts posted by members within the service belongs to the member who posted them. However, the company has the right to post posts, materials, etc. posted by members within the service (including third-party Internet sites that have a business partnership with the company).
(3) If a member terminates the service agreement, all posts recorded in his or her account (ex. mini-home, etc.) will be deleted. However, this does not apply to posts that have been reposted or copied by others through storage, etc., posts that are combined with posts by others, posts registered on public bulletin boards, etc.

Article 15 (Advertisement Posting and Transactions with Advertisers)

(1) Part of the service investment base that allows the company to provide services to members comes from revenue through advertisement posting. Members agree to the advertisement posting that is displayed when using the service.
(2) The company is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs when members participate in, communicate or transact with the promotional activities of advertisers posted on the service or through the service.

Chapter 5 Termination of Contract and Restrictions on Use

Article 16 (Restrictions on Use of Services)

If a member violates the contents of Article 11 of these Terms and Conditions in terms of service use, or falls under any of the following items, the Company may restrict, initialize, terminate the service use agreement, or take other corresponding measures.

Registering false information in member information, stealing another person's ID, password, or other personal information, or trading or providing an ID to another person
Transmitting, posting, e-mailing, or distributing to others information, sentences, figures, sounds, or videos that violate public order and morals, or that are vulgar or obscene, or that may infringe upon another person's honor or privacy
Harassing or threatening other users, or causing continuous pain or inconvenience to specific users
Modifying the company's client program, hacking the company's server, or arbitrarily changing part or all of the website or posted information without receiving special rights from the company
Reproducing information obtained through the service for purposes other than using the service, using it for publication or broadcasting, or providing it to a third party without the company's prior consent
Impersonating the company's management, employees, or related parties, or intentionally interfering with the service, thereby interfering with the normal operation of the service
In the event of a request for corrective action from a relevant public institution such as the Information and Communications Ethics Committee
Any act that violates any regulations established by the company, including the terms and conditions, or any act that is objectively judged to be related to a crime, or any act that violates any laws and regulations

Chapter 6 Compensation for Damages and Other Matters

Article 17 (Compensation for Damages)

(1) If the company and the user intentionally or negligently cause damage to the other party in relation to the use of the service, they must compensate for the damage.
(2) However, the company shall not be liable for any damage unless it violates the provisions of the Personal Information Processing and Handling Policy in relation to the use of the service provided free of charge.

Article 18 (Disclaimer)

(1) If the Company is unable to provide the service due to natural disasters, war, suspension of services by telecommunications service providers, or other similar force majeure, the Company shall be exempt from liability for providing the service.
(2) The Company shall be exempt from liability for damages caused by unavoidable reasons such as maintenance, replacement, regular inspection, or construction of service equipment.
(3) The Company shall not be liable for damages caused by computer errors of members or damages caused by members incorrectly entering personal information or e-mail addresses.
(4) The Company shall not be liable for members’ failure to obtain expected profits or losses through the use of the service, and shall not be liable for damages caused by information obtained while using the service.
(5) The Company shall not be liable for the reliability, accuracy, etc. of various information, data, and facts posted by members on the service, and shall not be liable for any disputes between members and The Company has no obligation to intervene in disputes that arise between members and third parties through the service, and is not responsible for any damages resulting therefrom.
(6) The Company has no obligation to pre-screen members' posts before registration or to regularly check or review the content of posts, and is not responsible for the results.
(7) The Company is not responsible for the validity, suitability, legality, copyright compliance, etc. of the content included in companies (other online sites) linked to or affiliated with the Company's site, and is not responsible for any damages resulting therefrom.

Article 19 (Notification)

(1) When the Company notifies members, it may do so through the member's registered email address or personal contact information, including mobile phone number.
(2) When the Company needs to notify an unspecified number of members, it may substitute individual notification by posting a notice on the site for more than 7 days.

Article 20 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law)

(1) Matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the relevant laws and customs of the Republic of Korea, including the Telecommunications Business Act.
(2) In the case of members of the Company's flat-rate service and other paid service users, the Company's separately established terms and policies shall apply in relation to the relevant service.
(3) In the event of a lawsuit filed for a dispute arising from the use of the service, the lawsuit shall be filed in the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.

(Supplementary Provisions) These Terms and Conditions shall be effective from June 1, 2016.

Personal Information Processing and Handling Policy

'Personal information' refers to information about a living individual, including information that can identify the individual through the name and other items included in the information (including information that cannot identify a specific individual by itself but can be easily combined with other information to identify the individual). 'Iringo' values the personal information of its customers, and is doing its best to ensure that the personal information provided to Iringo online is protected while users use Iringo's services. Accordingly, Iringo complies with the Personal Information Protection Act, the Telecommunications Business Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc., and the Personal Information Protection Guidelines established by the Ministry of Science and ICT.

Iringo informs users of the purpose and method of use of the personal information they provide, and what measures are being taken to protect personal information through the Personal Information Processing and Handling Policy. Iringo's personal information processing and handling policy may be changed due to changes in government laws and guidelines or to provide quality services, and has established necessary procedures for continuous improvement of the personal information processing and handling policy. In addition, in the event of a revision to the personal information processing and handling policy, Iringo will notify users through a notice on the website 7 days prior to the change.

This policy will be effective from June 1, 2016.

Iringo processes personal information for the following purposes. The processed personal information will not be used for purposes other than the following, and prior consent will be obtained if the purpose of use is changed.

① Iringo processes and retains personal information within the personal information retention/use period stipulated by law or the personal information retention and use period agreed upon by the information subject when collecting personal information.

Personal information related to the provision of products or services is retained and used for the above purposes for up to 5 years from the date of consent to collection and use.

(4) Rights, obligations and methods of exercising them of the information subject

Users may request modification/deletion of their registered personal information at any time and may exercise the following rights as the information subject.

③ If the data subject requests correction or deletion of personal information due to errors, etc., Iringo will not use or provide the relevant personal information until the correction or deletion is completed.
④ The exercise of rights under Paragraph 1 may be made through an agent, such as the data subject's legal representative or authorized person. In this case, a power of attorney in the format in Appendix 11 of the Enforcement Regulations of the Personal Information Protection Act must be submitted.

(5) Creation of personal information items to be processed

(6) Procedure, period, and method for destroying personal information

In principle, Iringo destroys the relevant personal information without delay when the purpose of processing personal information is achieved. The procedure, period, and method for destruction are as follows.

Destruction Procedure: The information entered by the user is transferred to a separate DB (separate document in the case of paper) after the purpose is achieved and stored for a certain period of time or destroyed immediately in accordance with internal policies and other relevant laws. In this case, the personal information transferred to the DB will not be used for any other purpose except in cases required by law.
Destruction Period: If the retention period of the user's personal information has expired, the personal information will be destroyed within 5 days from the end of the retention period. If the personal information becomes unnecessary due to the achievement of the purpose of processing the personal information, the abolition of the relevant service, or the termination of the business, the personal information will be destroyed within 5 days from the date when the processing of the personal information is deemed unnecessary.
Destruction Method: Information in the form of electronic files uses a technical method that cannot reproduce the record.

(7) Measures to ensure the safety of personal information

In accordance with Article 29 of the Personal Information Protection Act, Iringo is taking the following technical/administrative and physical measures necessary to ensure safety.

Minimizing and training employees handling personal information We are implementing measures to manage personal information by designating employees handling personal information and limiting them to those in charge.
Regular self-audits We are conducting self-audits regularly (once per quarter) to ensure stability in handling personal information.
Establishing and implementing an internal management plan We are establishing and implementing an internal management plan to safely process personal information.
Technical measures against hacking, etc. Iringo installs security programs and conducts periodic updates/inspections to prevent personal information leakage and damage caused by hacking or computer viruses, and installs systems in areas with controlled access from the outside and monitors and blocks them technically/physically.
Restricting access to personal information We are taking necessary measures to control access to personal information by granting, changing, and deleting access rights to the database system that processes personal information, and we are controlling unauthorized access from the outside by using an intrusion prevention system.
Storing access records and preventing falsification and alteration of personal information processing systems We store and manage access records for at least 6 months, and use security features to prevent access records from being falsified, stolen, or lost.
